Will player accounts be deleted if the Nintendo Switch breaks?

So I have a little question about Nintendo Switch. Yesterday my switch broke down. Unfortunately I don't know why nothing happened. In any case, I will get them repaired now. But I'm afraid that my player accounts have been deleted because that happens sometimes (because the switch breaks). Do you think that is possible? Or what should happen that the accounts are deleted?

What exactly is "broken" or what happened. Accounts are only deleted \ corrupted if the storage medium of the switch is defective.
