Hi so everything actually works at the dock I've also used other televisions where it didn't work and other docks where it worked
But it can't be due to Hdmi either, because recently when I connected my dock to a more modern television set there was an extra channel (source so Hdmi etc.) it was called "Player 1" and there was still Nintendo switch somewhere. However, the HDMI and player 1 was blackscreen
I also stopped resolution z. B. Because sometimes it doesn't work because of that, but what can it be and the dock is broken? Because with another it worked.
Definitely try different HDMI cables. Sometimes the switch just isn't properly locked into the dock.
The switch must be turned on in the dock before you connect the dock to the TV
