I connect my Pro Controller to the PC and now this blue light shines, as I feel this light too bright I want to switch it off, so I want to ask you if you know if and how it works.

No, just connected via Bluetooth.
To the emergency remains only single and simplest solution: Just get a white adhesive tape and stick it on blue LED on it and you should see less blue light.

I've connected my cable via my PC, and activated under Steam (Settings → Controller → General Controller Settings and then choose Switch Pro) and since then the light shines even when I take the cable out again.
