My daughter has recently become an absolute minecraft fan and, like Isy and Roman, would like to travel through different worlds and solve tasks. I got your minecraft for the Nintendo switch but that's not how it is in their videos.
I'm absolutely new to this world and have absolutely no idea about it. There are several parts to minecraft. I saw that there's also minecraft story mode etc.
Who can help me and tell me which game I need and how to get into these worlds
I think the games Adventure Maps, if you have Minecraft on your computer, you can download different worlds from the internet that were created by other players. I don't think that's possible on the Switch.
So that means I have to get minecraft for the PC and Dan. Look how I can download these maps?

Isy and Roman play the Java Edition (PC) - not to be confused with the Windows 10 Edition.
They play with mods and build their own worlds, which - as far as I know - can't be downloaded.
2 mods that you always play with are called CustomNPCs and Decocraft. You can find countless videos on YouTube that show how to install (these) mods.
