Nintendo 2DS XL orange white vs pokeball Edition, is there a difference?

I have a question and although my 7 year old brother got a new Nintendo today, namely the White Orange Edition. My thirteen-year-old brother now said his pokeball edition is better and faster, which is why the other should trade with him.

I do not trust the older one, because he lied many times already. Now I urgently need your opinion if it was, otherwise he persuades the little one to do it and finally wins the better one.
