Got a problem with the DualShock 4 for the PS4. I had to initialize my PS4 but did not go into security mode because the controller was not recognized or something like that. Had connected it to the console via usb, it flashed briefly in orange and then nothing. Only blink white. A friend then brought me 2 controllers from him, tried them both and everything worked (with both!), He left one for me. He connected the other one at home via cable to connect to his PS4 and now he has the same problem as me! The controller briefly lights up orange and then flashes white and does not connect. Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
I had a similar problem. First the USB cable must be in the controller and in the ps4. When you press the ps button, it should normally work, but if that doesn't work, you should reconnect everything blah blah and press the ps button for about 3-4 seconds and warts until it flashes. Should not work if I can't help
