Saturn - return used Nintendo Switch?

Today, I picked up a Nintendo Switch + Pro Controller from Saturn and paid it locally, after reserving both products online. However, I do not like the console and would like to return it. The problem: The Saturn website states that the UNUSED product can be returned within 14 days without cause. But I already used it (several hours), what about the return and the refund?

I would try it, Saturn is actually very accommodating.
