Transferring Nintendo 3DS saved games to 2DS?

My 3DS is a little broken. I'm thinking of getting a used 2DS. If I use the same SD card and the same software cards on the new 2DS, will the saved games be transferred? As far as I know, some games are saved on the SD card but most of them are saved on the software card? So actually all scores should be transferred to the new 2DS.

In the 3Ds system settings, you can also transfer all data from one 3Ds to another.
