Shortly before the release of the "new" Nintendo Switch, I unfortunately bought the first, ie the "old", Nintendo Switch. Now I wanted to ask if you can exchange them for the "new" Nintendo Switch while charging. So for a fee or something. By "new" I mean the Nintendo Switch, which has better performance and such.

An exchange is not regulated by law and is therefore generally a matter of goodwill. Each dealer decides whether and under what conditions an exchange can take place. You can find these listed under the link on the Saturn website and you can answer for yourself the requirements for this.
