Can I create a 2nd user on the Nintendo Switch and connect it to my Nintendo account (which is already linked to the first user)?

So I created a second user on the switch so that I can start Pokemon again without having to give up my old game. Now I have a linked Nintendo account on my main and also membership so that I can go online in Pokemon. Since I don't want to delete my main game but would like to start again with another starter, I created a second user. It's just stupid that I can't go online with it, because the N-Acc is connected to the first user. Is there a way how I can go online with both users without buying a membership again?
