When he came back I spoke to him and he said that it is not a problem and he then put a note on it. (For info I could see below that the adhesive strip had already been cut through and very cheaply sealed with 2 black plastic strips.
I called Saturn customer service and they said that I would either get the money or the same goods delivered again.

Honestly, you really can't rely on a single statement from any customer service representative. There are many companies where the blue sky is promised, the main thing is that the customer is out of the line again. Someone else does the return processing again. And there are others in the legal department. The customer service representative is unlikely to note this anywhere. So I can understand the doubts.
