New Nintendo 2ds Xl not working properly?

I have a Nintendo 2Ds Xl and I like to play Acnl, but while trying to play today an error occurred while the game was loading, an error occurred. I should restart the Nintendo. After that I was able to play for about 2 minutes when another error occurred. Does anyone know why that is?
