Nintendo 3DS game not working?

I just bought a new game for my Nintendo 3DS.

"Super Mario Bros 2" for Nintendo 3DS

I put it in, the game was recognized, but when I click it always says that an error has occurred and that I should restart the Nintendo.
Nothing changes.

The game card could be broken. First clean (both card and console). If still nothing works, I would complain and exchange it.

The game card is probably damaged.
