I ordered Animal Crossing online for my Nintendo 3Ds from Expert technomarkt a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. The delivery date was unknown, but the delivery was normal despite Corona. The last email said that the game has not yet arrived and that they send an email when it is, but have not received any. What could be the reason?
It could be that the whole situation got a little confused by the Corona pandemic. It's not uncommon for Corona to experience delivery delays or "forgotten" status updates via email or anything else.
It is best to contact Expert or The Seller once. I think it's easiest over the phone, if possible.
Perhaps your order was simply forgotten due to the current situation and must be taken up again. Or… The game has still not really reached them.
