Gaming chair or Nintendo switch?

I'm short of cash and I wonder whether I should buy a gaming chair or a Switch. Since I'm always sitting on a cardboard box and don't have a chair, I get severe back pain. This is not an advantage, as I've tried to steal a chair in the office where I work. But now I want to get one myself. But at the same time, I would also like to have a switch because I want to play Animal Crossing because my boss plays that and I want to visit him on his island. Since he unfortunately has a wife, I can't visit him in real life, but have to do the virtual one.
