How do I restore game data on Nintendo Switch?

In a game on the Switch, I accidentally destroyed all of the progress I had made in the game with a stupid action.

Is there a way to restore the data in the game? For example, by deleting the game data from a day?

If it's an online game you can just log in again and you're done.

if it's an offline game you don't have a chance anymore unless you saved your progress. I can also give you a tip: just save every hour.

So if you have your progress before. You have saved 10 hours by then everything is gone.
