Would the Super Nintendo itself be able to develop further?

If the time until today was like in the 90s, so in the time with Super Nintendo, how could the Super Nintendo itself have developed to this day? So without it eventually Nintendo 64, Wii etc. Gives.

Would there have been 3D games for SNES at some point?
Would there have been bigger games for SNES?
Could there have been better games for SNES?
How would the development have gone?
Would someday be e.g. Also a Super Mario Bros. Part with 100 worlds was possible if it would have been in addition to Super Mario Bros. 1, 2 + 3 and 4,5,6,7 etc?
Could it have something like Mario Maker at some point?
Something like Spore, No Man's Sky, Little Big Planet, Dreams and so on would have been possible, just for SNES?

Would such a development have been possible? With something we still have no internet today or?

Cl

No, that would not have been possible in terms of performance due to the components installed.

Incidentally, there was a satellite module for the SNES as well as a CD module. The satellite module even made it possible to play with others if I remember that.

Im

Would not have been possible alone because of the graphics and such,

the hardware would not have packed it because it was only a 16bit console

hu

N64 ect are indeed developments, so that more was possible… Such a console is sometime maxed out… Neither the memory, nor the processor manages to handle the high demands of today's games. So new hardware had to be made to make progress work… It's the same as trying to play today's games on old PCs. Jerky, too slow, does not start ect…

Of course, the games would have been synonymous for the SNes possible, but not in the quality (Resolution / Spieleumfang ect) as it is possible today…

Would there have been 3D games for SNES at some point?

Was it so - see, for example Star Fox.

Something like Spore, No Man's Sky, Little Big Planet, Dreams and so on would have been possible, just for SNES?

Nope, but the console is simply way too weak on the chest.

The SNES has had problems with some games already published to make it playable, just look at Star Fox.

Would there have been 3D games? Nothing that would exceed Star Fox.

Would there have been bigger games? What exactly is meant by that?

Certainly one would have been able to use larger modules over time, which could then have more content.

Could there have been better games? In my opinion, Nintendo has already maxed out the SNES. Of course, some of today's games could have been ported in some way, but most would not work.

How would the development have gone? Sega would have won the market with its much faster console. Later, Sony and Microsoft would also be added.

Would someday a gigantic Mario part possible? Perhaps. But even today, this does not exist directly.

Super Mario Maker? The SNES would give too little opportunity, apart from the cruel interface that it would have.

More games from today? No, by technical limitation. Maybe of the same topic, but a completely different game.

What is so important about SNES remaining? Technology is aging and being renewed, you can't change that.
