My console had to be repaired due to error 2101 - 0001.
Allegedly damaged by penetrated liquid. The console has never been exposed to water or rain or steam etc. (Of course, the guarantee did not work.)
Well, now it's back and I had to set it up from scratch! I only got my Mii back through the Nintendo Account registration and game add-ons bought in the e-shop.
My saved games are completely gone and after talking to support, they said that I can restore them in the data management.
I have now got myself an online membership, but there's nothing of the saved games!
Does anyone here know where the problem is and how I can get it back?
(Animal Crossing has to be unlocked, I know that and I've already asked for it. But it's about my other scores.)
Yes, you must have membership before something like this happens and until you have the Switch again.

Unfortunately this is what it looks like.
Unfortunately, you have to have the online membership before restarting so that the game saves can be saved in your cloud.
