Animal Crossing WW Get HyperNook?

I've been playing ACWW on Nintendo DS recently. At that time I stopped, because Nook just did not want to expand to HyperNook. This problem makes me, of course, again to create. It is common on the Internet for a resident of another city to visit me and shop with my Nook to become HyperNook. Unfortunately, no one plays this game in my circle of acquaintances and I have no opportunity to invite anyone. Did any of you get HyperNook without anyone coming to your city? Ask your buddy if the acww has and if you connect locally. Otherwise your load will stop until level 4
