Dlc acquirable for Dragonball Fusion?

I've just looked at the character list of the characters from Dragonball Fusion and there I have seen that there are Dlc characters on the Nintendo side looked at the cost but there you can't find. Are there any still to buy in the Nintendo e-shop or are they out?
