Have you been scammed on Ebay?

I was looking for a nintendo switch on ebay classifieds. Since I couldn't find it in my budget, I created a search ad. I also found someone relatively quickly to write to me. The person did not have an ad online, but made me a good offer in chat. He told me he was under 18, didn't have a PayPal or bank account, asked if I could pay the agreed 150 euro using Amazon voucher codes. I didn't really think much about it, and just did it that way. He has definitely already redeemed the code, said he would hand over the package to the post office and send me the tracking number. So now he wrote to me last Wednesday that the package had been handed in. Well and good, I asked for the tracking number. But then nothing more came up. A day later or so he said he had the tracking number, but didn't send it to me. I literally spammed the guy, but nothing comes from him anymore. A package didn't arrive here either, and I doubt what's coming either. Yes, that was probably totally naive and reckless of me, but the guy just looked totally normal, because we also negotiated and so and he just looked like an average normal trader. But my question: can I still do something about it, or has my money finally disappeared? I'm really pissed off and also a little angry with myself.: /

You may hate me for it, but don't take it too seriously: what you did was just plain stupid! You should never trust such people, especially if they don't have a decent profile! Your money is gone and there's nothing you can do about it! Have been cheated successfully!
