I have had a Nintendo Switch lite for about 3 days, it works without any objection.
But I'm worried because the right joy stick makes clack noises when moving it but does not affect the game.

If you've only had it for 3 days I would give it back. If it was bought in a shop (and it's still open) I would just show it to an employee. It is definitely annoying for a long time and could have negative consequences if something is in there that shouldn't be.

I don't have a switch lite, just a normal switch. At least there was no clack there. Unless you mean the sound of the metal spring when the stick jumps back. Otherwise it doesn't make any noise. Personally, I would have it exchanged. If it were normal then it would probably be with both Joy sticks and not just one.
