Why doesn't the Nintendo Switch respond?

My younger brother has had a Nintendo Switch for a while now. But for about a week now he has been plagued by problems such as uncontrolled actions and unresponsiveness of the joy sticks. I looked at the problem and first looked for updates. But it was up to date. I also restarted it a few times and checked the settings. It indicates that both joy sticks are connected and the button assignment is the same. The calibration fits and I reset the motion control. Nevertheless I have the following problems:

Only the left joy stick responds completely. The right one only reacts to the control sticks (for moving) and for the plus and the upper ones (but this for other actions). I don't know exactly when that happens, but either when I shake the Nintendo Switch or press one of the top buttons on the right joy stick, I get to a screen on the right where the menu with the standby mode, brightness, etc. Coming.

I do not know if the The joy stick is broken or is due to any settings that I have overlooked.

I would be very grateful for your help.

The problem is very, very many, I also had. For me it was more like drifting forward. Nintendo has received a lot of criticism for it, but do nothing. You can't fix it, it will become more and more and you have to buy new JoyCon, there's no other way.
