Hey so I wanted to order nh Switch lite yesterday (my normal Nintendo Switch broke yesterday) My Bff said the Lite is bad anyway… What do you think? So I have enough money so I could get the normal one again but I just wanted to try the lite. I know you can't gamble on TV with that. What would you get and does anyone have the lite?
I wouldn't give money for a slimmed down console. The lite is not that much cheaper either. Especially if you add that the joycons are fixed. So you absolutely need a second controller to play in pairs.
I also rarely play while I'm on the go.
I and my girlfriend each got the Switch Lite a few days ago. I find it more compact and for me it is a PSP successor.
If I want to play on TV I have my PS and Xbox

The normal switch is a lot more practical. You can play her on the TV for me and the controllers are not attached to her.
I think the normal one is even better, since you can really play all games there and many games look better on TV.
