Our children are currently playing a lot of Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch. Is the Minecraft version the same as the PC version? The Minecraft version on the PC is the Java edition while the one on the Switch is the bedrock edition, although the game is similar to the Java edition but there are differences here and there
Apart from the fact that they are garbage and probably every YouTube tutorial is better, these books are most likely only for the Java Edition or too out of date
Google just go to YouTube Tutorials and a Youtuber who makes tutorials for the Bedrock Edition in Germany would be e.g. Larslp
First I'm 13 and have been playing Minecraft on the PC for a long time, but it's so that in survival mode there's hardly anything different in contrast to the switch except on servers or other things if your children prefer to play survival you can buy this book from them.
The two versions are very similar and mostly only differ in design. But I would rather take the books by Josef Shanel, since these are the official books and apply to all versions.
