I've been mobile phone addicted for about 3 years, I've seen that too. I come from the school at 1pm, hang up on the phone until 8pm. In between, I go to dinner and on the toilet. In a hobby, I honestly have no desire and I do not go out so happy: - / And if I do not have my phone for a reason, I go to the PC. If the PC does not work then I still have my switch, my Nintendo. In short, I always find a solution to electronics. When I'm in school I'm extremely stressed and immediately annoyed at every little thing. I do not like to meet friends because I prefer to be alone. I've probably learned in the years, always sitting in the room.
Does one know a solution, how without without I have to get out or meet with friends, can defeat my cell phone addiction? It's really important because it negates important things, such as learning or even drinking or eating.
