Nintendo (eshop) release of games after pre-download time zone dependent?

I downloaded the game "Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX" in advance using the download code. The game will be released on March 6th. So. What does that mean? On March 6th After CET or local time? If according to local time, can't I set my Nintendo to Central Pacific and start the game almost a day earlier? So in short - will the game be started for everyone in all countries at the same time or according to local time at midnight?

As far as I know, this is based on local time, but I could also be wrong.
