Because I will have a second screen in the near future and would like to connect the whole thing with consoles (Nintendo Switch, Ps4 / Ps5, etc.), I wanted to pick up your recommendations here.
On the 2nd screen I would either like to have the screen from my consoles or, if I haven't connected it, use it as a normal 2nd screen for the PC.
Therefore I asked myself what I can do to be able to lay as much as possible and play without delay on the 2nd screen with a console and at the same time if this is not used for a console then as a screen for the desktop.
I've already found out about capture cards, but if I see it correctly, they have a delay, and that's not particularly exciting for me.
Then there's the possibility of remote play on the Playstation consoles, but I haven't had much experience with it.
And especially now I can't think of anything else.
I hope it's relatively clear what I'm getting at.
Well, just connect the appropriate devices and then switch between the devices in the menu on the monitor itself.
The monitor should then of course have a corresponding number of connections.
Otherwise use an HDMI switch.
And how does that work with the sound? As far as I know I have no sound on the console. : /
Then it's best to get a monitor with a speaker.
HDMI transmits picture and sound.
That means: If I use the consoles and the screen, for example. By connecting an HDMI switch to my computer, can I switch back and forth and have sound pictures and everything?
The HDMI switch goes to the monitor and the rest to the switch, yes.
Okay thank you very much!
