Nintendo 3ds without a PIN?

I'm under 18 and my parents and I'm trying to change this age restriction pin.

The Nintendo previously heard from someone else and then bought it on ebay. But the ex-owner no longer knows the answers either

Now there's a secret question that is:

Where were you born?

We tried everything and the ex-owner said he didn't enter his real place of birth and therefore doesn't know it.

Now we have the problem that we have to go to the Nintendo website and print out a form and email it to the company to get a master key.

This is a bit too cumbersome for us or my parents etc.

So how do we get it that we can reset EVERYTHING without this pin or change the number without having to fill out this stupid form?

Did someone have an idea or experience?

There's such a page on the Internet, you can also enter the service code that is there and then iwie ensures that the pin goes out. Had the problem myself recently. I'll see if I can find the link

That is the link. Then you just have to enter the service number, date and time from the 3DS and that will probably lift the lock
