Bypass Nintendo Switch PIN?

The following problem: There's an age limit on my son's Nintendo Switch. The user is NOT connected to a Nintendo Account. We want to download a game from Nintendo eShop, but we have to enter the PIN.

Nobody knows this PIN; nobody has set this PIN.

So we should now call the Nintendo service to generate a master key.

This phone service has been turned off for weeks because of Corona.

There's no way in via email, chat, or a form - there's no master key for us to reset the PIN. We should be patient until the telephone hotline is available again. But when that should be, is in the stars…

We can't even delete the users, format them, connect them to an account… This secret number is always needed.

So I URGENTLY need a tip on how I can either reset the switch to factory settings (where I don't need the PIN) or how I can bypass the PIN / master key to connect to my Nintendo account on the Switch.
