I have a Nintendo Switch that has been refusing to connect to the internet for some time. I'm always told in the error message that the signal strength is supposedly too bad. But since all other devices have the strongest possible signal strength at exactly the same point, this is obviously not true. I have already done everything that was said to me in the chat with the service, which has all brought nothing (change IP, change DNS, remove obstacles, move console closer to router, delete settings, restart router) So what else can I do to do?
This is a huge pig that I also had on my neck. You have to intervene in the router settings. There's an eternally long instruction on the Internet. I don't know how to do it, so I quit my online membership. Do not understand why this problem occurs with the switch. With the Wii I NEVER had this problem.
Yes, since I have no patience, desire, time or knowledge or even the opportunity to do so (I do not have access to the router because I'm only 14) I will probably do the same to you. But it is extremely annoying since I spent almost 300 euro on online games
I would ask your internet provider or your parents for advice. That's a lot of money. You have to set up the channel correctly somehow. It's just funny that not everyone has to do that.
