I bought a used Wii with the statement that the device works, but the controller is broken.
Now I have received the device and bought a new controller, which is also not recognized.
I inserted new batteries and pressed the red sync button on the console, then the red synchro button on the remote.
The Wii console comes on and displays the menu, even games are detected.
Can anybody help me further?
Is it possible that something is wrong at the console and the remote control will not be detected? Could it possibly be synonymous s.der sensor strip?
Unfortunately I do not know any further.
It may be on the sensor bar, but not necessarily. Sometimes the angle is not right. I have had the problem myself many times. Googled etc and never found anything. After several attempts it finally worked out. The connection is a bit stressful.
