PS4 controller is not recognized on the pc? - 1

I have a big problem I played Fortnite with my friend a little later the controller just went out I can connect it to my cell phone but on the pc USB device was not recognized I plug the USB cable into my old broken controller and it works I have replaced the battery everything already tried it is simply not recognized what can I do do I have to buy a new controller now?

For security reasons, you could try the controller on another USB port (ideally also try another USB controller, so if you have USB2.0 and USB3.0, then switch to the other standard, so that you will definitely change the one Controller).
