So I have a question about the nintendo switch (the "normal" not lite) and there's Nintendo online there and you can only apply for it by buying a card from the store or you can also subscribe via PayPal or what is there to apply for? Only that would go faster with the card and then enter the code or how does it work? (I don't have the switch yet, it won't arrive until next week) And where can I get these cards from? I know Nintendo e-shop cards or is it the same?

If you want to apply for it via PayPal, you could easily buy it through Amazon.
The code will then be sent to you via the email address given there.
For example, in my city you could buy in the shop for 12 months.
You can also buy the online service with normal Nintendo eShop cards. But if you want to do it with PayPal, you can easily order a card in Amazon and the code will be sent to you.
