Yesterday I bought a Nintendo switch on Ebay classified ad that cost 200 euro, but I didn't have the money and we had an agreement that I would pay 100 euro directly as a "resavation" because it would be too late in a week ps: could only pay 200 in a week because the wages would not come until then
I still had money in my Paypal account because I sold something the days… So I paid 100 euro to my family and friends on November 9th and then paid another 50 euro today on November 10th (I didn't have the rest yet) and now he answers Seller no longer, the ad was deleted and I got an email from ebay that the dealer I wrote to had his account restricted because strangers had access to his account.
I'm now completely desperate and don't know what to do, I have a name of the person but I don't know if it's real either, because you can choose any name… The dealer was actually quite nice and I could mine do not imagine that it is a rip-off, but it has now happened, what should / can I do? To file charges?
This is the email I got. What does that mean and should I be concerned?
Get a lawyer, the police won't lift a finger
PayPal Friends & Family:
You deliberately left out the buyer protection
You cheated on PayPal of the fees.
You have violated the terms and conditions.
If that comes out, you will be banned forever.
You have chosen yourself to give a family member or friend a gift of money.
Great idea.
Pay 500 euro in advance to a lawyer who can't do anything about an anonymous email address.
Lord, let your brain rain…
But a lawyer for 150 euro? I'm not yet of legal age myself and my parents would certainly be against bringing in a lawyer…
With paypal you have to regrest yourself with a bank account that is probably registered with an address and a name
