I want to sell my switch and delete my Nintendo account accordingly.
Does this affect the games I have as a card? So are the card games somehow linked to the account or doesn't matter?
The same with the factory settings for the Switch, I can reset it to the factory settings or the card games will no longer work.

It is not necessary to delete your Nintendo account. I would probably go insane with my online library (3DS and Switch). Even if I did, the console would sell accordingly for the time being. Until there's interest again.

It usually has no effect on the Catridge games. You can simply resell all games.
I assume that since the switch all saves are saved on the SD or the internal memory. With Nintendo membership even in the cloud with isolated games.
All DLCs are connected to your Nintendo Account. However, specials such as serial codes or DLCs will not be sold once they have been redeemed.
For example. Zelda Breath of the Wild
You can sell the catridge, the expansion package and not redeemed. It is linked to your account.

Factory settings can always be reset. A Nintendo Account must then be linked again before the first use.
Check BEFORE selling that the link is actually gone!
Since Switch lite it is possible to use the same account on 2 consoles. What was not possible on the 3DS back then.
But there are restrictions. The first console is the main console. X accounts can be registered here. Both your own Nintendo accounts and accounts without direct Nintendo access.
All accounts can access the main account's game account because all games remain offline. Except for online games, of course…
The second console is different, i.e. Every additional console to which you register your Nintendo Account. Here all EShop games and DLCs only work online. Because the account is always checked. An internet connection is required for this.
It is the reason why many consider the Switch lite main and the Switch home console / 2. Use the console. Since you usually have internet access at home.
Also check online via MyNintendo whether the console has been decoupled from your account.
The Catridge games can be played normally. You are not fixated on one person. The only thing that can be that the eShop Points can't be redeemed. For the Catridge games you could always get a few on your own Nintendo Account. I think this will run via a registry number or other GameID that only allows this once per cartridge. But you have to assume that with used games
