The following:
I ordered the Nintendo Switch today from Idealo at Saturn and paid it via Paypal. First I received the order confirmation from Idealo that my delivery will arrive in 3-4 working days. And then an order confirmation from Saturn, but under the item delivery time it says: "Delivery not possible". Money has already been withdrawn. Can someone tell me what to do now?
Write to customer support. And you can't insist on delivery if it is not possible. An order confirmation does not legally count as acceptance of a purchase contract (so it has no legal binding)
Can cancel the order. But insisting is not possible.
Believe Saturn has now closed nationwide. They are currently not doing anything. Therefore delivery is not possible.
