Can't buy GTA V chips?

Moin, I have about 1.4 million on the account in GTA Online on the PS4. I wanted to buy some chips in the casino, but since last night it says I can't buy chips because I don't have enough money in my account.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Don't you need cash? I'm not sure. Do something on cash and leave something in the account.
