I can no longer turn on my Ps4 with the power button on the Ps4 and by ejecting the disc it does not go to Pipt either. If I want to start the ps4 via the controller, the Ps4 does not turn on, only the controller!

Sounds more like a broken HDMI cable. When the Playsi beeps and the controller turns on. Can you see if the HDMI cable is not plugged in properly or plug in a new one? So I mean that the Playsi is already on, but only have no image output on the TV because the HDMI cable is defective.

I changed everything but the beep only on the CD drive button

Could be because of something else, but I'm a networker and with us at the Cisco switches you always start on an OSI Layer 1 basis. I.e. First look whether the power is up, then look whether the cables are, then the software. Etc.

Since the Playsi beeps, you can turn off the power.

Since the controller comes on and connects you can rule out that the Playsi is off. Otherwise the controller would just turn yellow and paring.

Dswg. The next step would be to check the cabling. Either with the current HDMI cable to another television, or with a new HDMI cable on the same television.

Have you tried the manufacturer mode thing? Mom has to figure out how to do it. Hold something down with the power button. It beeps once. Continue to hold. It beeps again. Then let go. Then it boots up in manufacturer mode. There you can e.g. Make the hard drive faster so that it is no longer as loud as an airplane.
If necessary, can you connect it to another television?
If it doesn't work there either, there could be a hardware defect on the Playsi

This info is well known to PC users: In order to keep your computer's performance up without installing new hardware components, defragment your hard drive (s) regularly. What not everyone knows: PS4 gamers can do that too! With a little detour you can clean your memory and then play a little faster! How it works? In PlayStation 4's safety mode (see picture). To get there, with the console switched off, press and hold the power button until the device beeps again. Let go and the night black security mode will start. Now connect your controller to the console via USB and press the PlayStation button. Then activate the fifth menu item "Rebuild database". This may take a while - but ideally it will improve your console's performance significantly!

The thing is I don't get into any safety mode

With the Ps4 I can still press the power button for 10 minutes Pipt nothing
