Ps4 Eject does not work disc does not go in?

A few days ago I installed Bf5 with a disc, then my ps4 beeped 3 times and threw the disc out, it happened a couple of times, then it worked again. Then I put in a different game and had the same problem again, only that I can't get a disc in anymore and the eject button doesn't work either. I looked on the Internet, there was a solution that I don't quite understand, after unplugging there's no more power on the playstation how can it beep?
