No VAT on steam and Playstation games?

I buy games from the PSN Store and on Steam more often. When checking invoices I noticed that VAT is never included in the cost. If I don't get the games in the store digitally, there's always VAT on the till bong. Hence my question: Is there no VAT on games bought online or is it simply not listed?

At Sony, I don't know now. But Sony will also abide by tax laws.

However, sales tax (value added tax) is also incurred as normal.

May be that is not always shown on any online statements. But it is paid

If you check your purchases on Steam and click on a title, you will also receive the corresponding listing including tax.
