Minecraft or something on the ps4 so I have Steam on the PC and I forgot my password so I changed it to a new one as I immediately logged in with my new one, although all my games from Steam were still on the desktop Game library but I would have to buy them all new to install them I also have 0 euro credit before I had just under 5 euro and now I entered my name on friends and I was shown as offline and Steam Level 3 although my own Account that I have now logged in 0 says there's also my old profile picture and the logged in a question mark and country phone number city information are all gone I have no more screenshots etc. Everything gone is everything deleted? I thought that it was somehow bugged so I logged in 2 3 times again but the same every time although it is the 1 username, strangely, now 2 accounts I'm very confused can you help me and I hope I don't have to play all the games again buy a total of 390 euro then I have to spend again😅 and MY PLAY STANDS OMG! I hope they are still there. Can anyone help me?
Sounds somehow like you logged into the wrong account (which you created at some point and then forgot).
Please contact Steam Support. But please use a few punctuation marks when writing them.

Do you still have the purchase confirmations for the games? So you could at least prove the whole thing. Otherwise everyone can come and say "yes, I actually bought the game and that too and suddenly everything is gone".
