How long will it take for my Ps5 to be shipped?

Hello to the explanation I had transferred the price for the Ps5 to Otto on April 1st via prepayment and it was until now holidays and weekends and so far my status with Otto is still only ordered from and nothing has happened since then not even I received an email about my payment. When could the status change?
