IP banned PS4 how to fix? WS-3700-4?

I'm getting depressed here. I found out that I was banned from IP on Playstation. I called there and they said I should ask my provider Vodafone (who, by the way, are really cheeky) for my IPv4 address and then the Playstation support can unblock me. After I got my IPv4 address from Vodafone after yelling five times, I called Playstation again and gave them my IPv4 address. All of a sudden they said that I couldn't be released. After a day the playstation went back and the next day exactly the same problem. When I'm connected to the Wi-Fi, I can't go to any Playstation site, neither on cell phone, pc or anything else.

May I ask, did you recently buy the Playsi or have you owned them for a long time?

Ga

I have owned the playstation for a long time

Has a subscription or the like been taken out and not paid for?

Ga

No, it worked again briefly and then again not. I would change my IP address, but that is not possible with Vodafone.

Ma

Well, in principle, you can simply restart your router. So you get a new IP.

I'm not familiar with ps4, but as long as it's not a MAC ban or a PS4 device IP ban, everything should work with the router off and on again.

And to get the public IPv4 you can simply open cmd on your PC and enter ipconfig. It is there then.

Ga

The IP of my router doesn't change when I restart it, that's the problem.

When using the Playsi, what kind of "error code" do you get? Forget the question, sorry.

Ga

When I start games or connect my Wi-Fi / LAN cable, it comes WS-37400-4, when I want to join Share Play it says WS-372286-6

Ma

But it does. But your provider is too retrograde and still uses static IPs for private end customers.

You need something like a static IP if you run a web shop or something.

But the same applies to static IPs: if you disconnect the router from the power, the old IP will be withdrawn from you and you will get a new one. Only with static you would have to do this for several hours. I.e. Unplug before going to sleep and plug in again the next day.

Okay thanks I'll try!

Okay, the following should be done after this video:
Playsi and router off, router wait 30 seconds again.
Playsi but still leave out!
After 2/3 hours turn the Playsi back on and connect them together.
Hope this helps you.

Ga

Thank you! Will definitely try, hope it works then.

Em

I also have the same problem and don't know what to do next. Everything is in English on the Internet

Ga

You have to disconnect the router from all cables for a few hours, preferably overnight, then it works again
