Minecraft Bedrock online problems?

I (PC) would like to play online with my girlfriend (PS4, same internet) and my friends (PC, PS4, 2x other internet). With my girlfriend everything goes smoothly. Only when I want to join my friends, or they join me, does it always load for a very long time and there's "no connection to the world".

I've seen so many videos where people (not on realms but private multiplayer) can play crossplay with each other.

I can also easily play on the playsi Rocket League or other games with one of my friends, only Steep causes the same problems.

Well… With your girlfriend in your Wi-Fi is probably LAN. And neither of your friends have the same Wi-Fi. So you won't get around making a server. You can do it privately on your PC or have one hosted by hosting services.
