I don't know specifically about PSN, but actually no platform bans accounts because they change their country for a moment to manipulate a third-party provider, PSC doesn't belong to Sony or the other way around. And I can also well imagine that people somehow enter North Korea or some nonsense at Land, they will probably not be banned (if that's even possible lol). But if they really wanted it to be where you are, then you couldn't choose that yourself.
