As the title says, I was permanently banned from PSN today. Before that I was banned once for 1 month due to an insult, since then I haven't committed anything. I wanted to gamble today and then I see that I was permanently banned. Of course I called support because I had no idea why I was banned. The woman didn't want to tell me why, and in terms of payments, I wasn't in the red either. I now wanted to ask if I can do anything to reactivate my account, since, as I said, I only had a 1-month lock so far and I had to do something and no one else had access to my console or account.
Making a new account is easy.
It's not that easy, the account is 5.5 years old and accordingly it takes a lot of time and money.
Write to Mr Playstation personally and apologize
All right, I already did not receive an answer at noon today, but thank you. What are the chances of getting my account back?
Elhamdullilah made extra dua for my acc today
You shouldn't do that with accounts that have financial values attached to them. If you are now blocked on good question or in forum XY, it is a shame about the account but nothing depends on it.
However, if you are blocked e.g. On Steam or in your case PSN, financial values in the possibly 4 to 5-digit range are attached. Especially on Steam, the CS: GO items can soon be worth as much as Bitcoins.
That's why I don't dare to write anything in the Steam Forum and I don't play matchmaking anymore. It doesn't have to be, but a perma ban is never excluded, no matter what you do. If the account and the skins are gone, that's bitter, but the CS: GO boxes that were gone would be much worse.
That's why you have to know where you can get away with it.
According to Sony, you should have received an email explaining why you were banned.

It also explains that you can't appeal unless you have been banned for overdue payments. Quote here: "Can I object to my PSN blocking?
Any blocking on the PlayStation Network is the result of a thorough investigation by the security staff at PlayStation. Blockings are therefore final and can't be contested. Exception:
You have been banned for overdue payments. In this case, the block will be lifted as soon as the debt has been paid. You can find more information in the guide https://www.playstation.com/...count-debt.
