Server connection not possible. - PS4? NP-34924-2?

After about 1 hour after starting the PS4, this message always comes:

"Server connection not possible. Network functions for this application can only be used when the system connects to the server"

Then I test my internet connection and then suddenly I go again for 1 hour and then do it all over again?

So I very much suspect that it is again due to Playstation Network. It was the same for me one day… I played with my boyfriend and suddenly I broke off completely. The next day it went again. It was probably due to Playstation Network
