Ark ps4 Official Server lost connection?

We're currently playing on an Official Server and we also have bases on other Official Servers. A new tribemate of mine had massive problems with joining at the beginning, but made it to our main server after long attempts. Now we wanted to transfer from our main server to Extinction and Abberation, but it doesn't come to a single Offi server.

With unofficials, everything works fine for him, but with the officials, every time they try to join, the server connection has been broken.

Do any of you know how to solve this problem?

Is he banned or something? Or do you need any ps plus or something to play ark offi on ps4?

He wants to start over with the game and he is not named. He also has ps + and he has come to the server in the meantime. Only when he flies off the server and wants to join again does the connection always break.

Would recommend deleting the game and reinstalling it

We have already tried. Nevertheless, the connection was always lost when trying to join

Maybe he lives too far away… The ping to the server is crucial.
