When should you buy a PS5?

I've heard that many PS5 consoles are broken and have fan problems. But not all. Do you think Sony will be more careful with the next production? When exactly should you buy a PS5? So when will these consoles become "more normal" again. Apparently they screwed up on the first production. (if I'm not wrong)
